Travelx LLC is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity resulting from:

• Acts, errors, or omissions of third-party service providers

• Mechanical failures, equipment issues, or operational problems

• Acts of government or authorities, war (declared or undeclared), civil unrest, strikes, riots, or theft

• Epidemics, quarantines, or medical/customs regulations

• Any circumstances beyond Travelx LLC’s control

• Improper, incomplete, or invalid travel documents (passports, visas, etc.)

• Entry/Exit from the country

✈️ Transportation & Flight Delays

In the event of delays or disruptions, the operating airline's policies and procedures apply.
Travelx LLC is not responsible for additional costs, schedule changes, or inconveniences caused by such delays.

 

🧳 Traveler Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

• Following all instructions provided by Travelx LLC

• Adhering to check-in and check-out times

• Managing baggage requirements

• Arriving on time for all scheduled activities

Travelx LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for participants missing any part of the tour due to negligence, delay, or absence, nor for any extra costs required to rejoin the group.

💰 Refund Policy

• Hotel, visa, and transportation fees are strictly non-refundable.

• No-show = No refund for airfare, hotels, visas, transportation, or any other Umrah-related expenses.
